Top Ten Reasons Arenas Had a Gun

If you haven’t heard somehow, the big story in the NBA these days has little to do with basketball and everything to do with a good old-fashioned Mexican Standoff.  Apparently Gilbert Arenas and Javaris Crittenton got into some sort of argument about a gambling debt and guns were drawn in the locker room.  The details are sketchy, but not so sketchy as to prevent late night funny man Dave Lettermen from ripping the Wizards to pieces.  Enjoy!

What the hell is gilbert thinking. He better hope he doesn’t get the Burress treatment. If I was packing at work, I would be canned and go to jail. He simply gets to go back to his 100 million contract.

This could technically be worse than Plaxico’s case, since Arenas made way more money. But then again, it was DC, not NYC… and he didn’t shoot himself (brandishing is the same as firing it to a judge, though). So, maybe they’ll let him work in the laundry room 12 hours/day, that way he’ll have a backup vocation when he gets out.
