oh i forgot to mention that there is a lot of speculation that the guy will be Jeremy Bates – USC’s OC and the OC under Shanahan in Denver. This is highly likely, whether lovie stays or goes and they bring in Shanahan.

anyone but turner. seriously though, i’m surprised you would say it’s a near certainty that lovie will be fired – i totally disagree. i hope he will be fired but I highly expect him not to be fired. losing to the rams could have locked it up, but now I think we gotta hope the bears lose to the lions.
