If YOU were “responsible” for a team who was NOT making ANY progress at all, would you NOT do something?? IMHO: It starts at the top with Phillips & why is HE sitting on his hands .. Then the GM … What is HIS story .. Then see Lovie yell at the defense in the Viking game saying they are not playing up to potential … And over to the offense who just stare into space without a vision or focus or … a leader !!! My 2 cents would have been to let Caleb Hanie play cause first of all the other team would NOT be expecting that & maybe just maybe give us some positive momentum !!!!

Logical move for the rest of the season: Let ALL players play … That’s the least the management (loose term) can do !!

Oh yeah I almost forgot — and I quote, “We will go back to the drawing board next week & try to fix what is wrong!” … Sound familiar ???

When I talk about team chemistry its about Cutler and his receivers. Yes
It is about team chemistry and having idiot fans cuss them out all the time doesn’t do anybody any good. Their human too! They don’t go out their to lose, nobody plays to lose. The Bears management gambled that Cutler would be the final piece to the puzzle. So far it hasn’t worked. But hell, no one expected to lose Urlacher and the other linebacker in the same game. Your forgetting that we lost Brown to free agency and we have virtually a new defensive backs other than Tillman and Vasher.

Team Chemistry? alright lets wait another 20 years for `team chemistry’ and another SB. LOLOL Team Chemistry? We waited through 2 years of downhill ball and it was team chemistry all along! doh!

You have got to be a McCaskey adptee lolool have us waitin since 1985 and then tell us it’s `team chemistry’ may as well just say it was `achilles heel’ lolol
Sorry but team chemistry is only when you actuall have a team. Think we have NO probowlers cause of Team Chemistry? and Cutler was a probowler untill he came here. Thats just plain bad team, bad coachin, bad draftin, there.

Lovie is paid well enough that he should be one of the difference making coaches in the league. He’s not good with clock management and the defense has gone downhill ever since Rivera left.

BTW, how is it “no way to treat Lovie”? He’s gonna get paid in full. That’s the NFL.

Hi, Replacing coaches isn’t always the answer, if that was the case. Why did Shanahan, Cowher last so long in Denver and Pittsburgh respectively. Its the program and developing chemistry among your current starters. It takes time to develop chemistry with receivers and quarterbacks. I say, Quit all the trashtalking and give Cutler and company a year to get use to each other. The media in Chicago is horrible. I don’t know why anybody would like to play in Chicago. Don’t get me wrong. I’ve been a Bears fan since Butkus and Sayers hayday. I just think your wanting to every team to be the 85 Bears. Even they took a few years to build into the Super Bowl Bears. Ease up ! Please its all about chemistry! Team chemistry!

I don’t believe the coach is the problem, If you are not taking care of the offense and giving the quarterback some protection. Then how you do think your going to win games. It can’t be all about defense.

Please give us Bill Cowher of Mike Shanahan. I would even be happy with just a new offensive coordinator.
