PhotobucketThe New York Knicks season-well their last million seasons it feels like-has been just awful.  The lost Isiah Thomas years don’t feel so lost these days, as the Knicks labor on full of bad contracts and lacking any star talent.  As a coach for a team with those characteristics, the last thing you want to see is something like this.

The ridiculous video shows Nate Robinson, with just .5 seconds on the clock, catching an inbounds pass, turning around, and firing a 30+ footer on the wrong basket.  Now Robinson is a kid that normally is known for his hustling, but on this Knicks team, anything is possible.  D’Antoni lays into him for it, and even though it was clearly after the buzzer you can’t exactly blame him for being pissed. It was a classless move and normally wouldn’t be a huge deal. But with the lackluster effort from Knicks players the last few years, this is a prime example of what’s wrong with the team. Hey Knicks season-ticket holders: Your 2009-2010 New York Knicks! Excited?

Really? This is a big deal? It was obviously way after the buzzer. Who cares?

The bigger worry should be that they looked weak against the Nets who is atrocious. They’re out of sync. No chemistry and no real sense of direction. Tony Douglas is playing better basketball than Chris Duhon. I’m confused as to why Gallo is starting over Harrington, he’s not producing as a starter. They at least owed the fans Allen Iverson.

It could have been worse! Needless to say, what a douche bag.
