		<description>first, there is some rule that requires a player tip in a ball if there are less than like 0.5 seconds - miller&#039;s foot was definitely on the floor when he caught the ball.  second, if the bulls were a half decent team they would have won without having to rely on a lucky as hell last second shot.  hated.</description>

		<description>perhaps the refs took into account what had happened in the span of half a second - grabbing a rebound and calling a TO, inbounding the ball and catching and shooting a jumper - and realized that there is no way to accomplish that unless some joker homer is playing fast and loose with the time.</description>
