		<description>There are a hell of a lot of teams that have seen a turn around with a coaching change this season. Broncos are a perfect example. Cutler is a hell of a QB, and with talent like Olsen, Hester, and Knox, there&#039;s no reason the bears should&#039;nt be rivaling the Saints for points scored. The defense has made due very well with some significant injuries, and if the offense was playing to even half their capability, we&#039;d be laughing at our division. The issue is obviously coaching, and although I love Mr. Smith, Lovie either needs to get a new offensive coach, or a new job.</description>
