He was saying that you have to risk making mistakes or else you'll be paralyzed by inaction. He actually laughed at other organizations that are paralyzed by salary cap concerns and immovable contracts, wishing that there were more teams who couldn't make those moves. You should've focused on his quote declaring his excitement for the 3-guard rotation of Rose, Salmons, and Hinrich, and his explanation that Ben Gordon still wouldn't have gotten minutes and they decided to save $9 million a year and put Pargo in that spot dedicated to limited minutes.
