Theres nothing wrong with signing Jannero Pargo he would just be the 4th guard on the roster, obviously Salmons is the starting 2 and then Hinrich is the first off the bench. However McCants i do agree would be better than Pargo (even tho that is who we signed) but neither of the two are gunna make us a contender in the East this year. The only thing that does make us a contender this year is if Deng comes back, stays healthy and has that breakout season every bulls hopeful has been waiting for, Tyrus suddenly ‘gets it’ and plays to his potential along with Rose elevating his game and Noah playing like he did against the Celtics. OR they trade for Boozer in an experimental year to see if he can be the All-Star PF we’ve been looking for. One thing is for sure he would bring imediate toughness and an interior presence capable of avg 16 and 10 a the year. All for the price of the off and on Tyrus Thomas.
Both scenarios are possible but neither are garunteed to put us in contention, however i do believe Boozer is an upgrade over Tyrus. So that seems like the best bet to improve our team for this season.

please dont sign these busters and wait until 2010. ill take another losing season to get us a star. im used to them anyways having watched david kornell, fizer, jc, and a buncha other dudes. bulls in 2011!

100% agree! Rashard McCants would be a good fit, and there’s about 5 others in his same league that are available to sign. You give someone a shot to prove something, who can be a team player and play with heart.
