Will someone who speaks Spanish please tell me what the hell is going on in this commercial? It makes me laugh, but I have no idea what anything means. Why all the wardrobe changes?

my wife/translator informed me that this commericial is soliciting ideas from fans to develop an idea for a pepsi commericial with ozzie and z. my vote is for a cage match. we all know big z can throw down.
