While I agree with you that Vinny is a terrible head coach, Loul's performance should not be effected that much by Vinny's coaching if he is really worth that kind of money. What I really don't like about Deng is that unless the offense is run a certain way, he cannot be effective. Thus, he is a one dimensional player being paid way too much.
