The “you cheated five years ago so we’re going to punish you above and beyond what you did to punish yourself and ruin the careers of players and coaches who did nothing wrong” sanction. As far as I know, yes, it only happened to UM.

You forgot about Michigan “you got caught and we’re gonna blow up your whole program for a decade” trouble. I guess that only happens to Michigan though.
