Let's get more quality starts for somebody like Lilly, while giving our on and off 5th starter enough experience to be an effective pen guy. The only obvious concern here is our fragile aces, Big Z and Harden. Of course, all of this is moot if Marshall or Samardzija put up quality starts. When we signed him, I thought he'd be very good his first year - due to the switch over from the AL, but I was concerned about a major drop off in his second year.
